Chromebook Features same as Desktop

I am really enjoying the desktop version but how can I get the same features on my Chromebook?
Sidebar, bookmarks toolbar.
Also, I entered my login info and my toolbars are synced but not passwords??
Any ideas?

@ndillon99 Opera for Android, of course, doesn't have the same features of Opera for desktops.
