PIP mode (old opera pip, not chromium pip) is freezing

When play video in old PIP mode (disabled new mode, enabled old opera pip mode, because chrome pip is shit) picture in pip window is freeze, but in main window in same time video is fine. Its happen on any video site. For fix it need unpip, and pip again video, its work some time, but picture will freeze again.

Its begin from 2 versions(aprox), before was all fine.
My current Version:67.0.3575.79

new Pip not have copy video from main window. Its move video to PIP and hide video in main. Also was only small size/

@leocg And before old PIP work is fine. It was broken recently it was broken recently after several versions.
