Anyway, like leocg said - latest Opera versions execute from same location and thereby you likely need only one-time click to firewall promt.
IMO This was the initial complaint....
Not too many people care enough about security to have to click on firewall options repeatedly all day... one wants to set settings and be left alone... there is also the argument of convenience over security... personally, I do not lock my car doors when they are parked at home....it's an acceptable risk to save me time....
In either case it's good that the problem is solved
I haven't seen the problem since I updated my computer about 2 months ago...must have just co-incided with execution from same location change...
