Recently when i run Opera and then immediately go to a site where I rely on autiofill to log me, it does nothing. Then if I check in the password list in privacy settings, it's blank. Once Opera runs for a few minutes, it all starts working.
This tells me my password list isn't local and it's downloading every time I run the program. Is this by design or is there something wrong with my installation? It's windows 10 pro.

@pcs800 Passwords are saved locally in a file called Login Data.

Here the list of saved passwords shows up immediately.

Hi @pcs800, and what if you enable opera:flags#username-first-flow, and restart the Opera, does it help in your case?

            I don't know what this means opera:flags#username-first-flow
            Where do I "run" that?

@pcs800 In the address bar of course. You can copy/paste it and press Enter, then select "Enabled" from the drop-down, and don't forget to restart the Opera to apply the change.

Ok, this opera:flags#username-first-flow didn't change anything.
