Then if I check in the password list in privacy settings, it's blank. Once Opera runs for a few minutes, it all starts working.<br />
This tells me my password list isn't local and it's downloading every time I run the program. Is this by design or is there something wrong with my installation? It's windows 10 pro.</p>

You can copy/paste it and press Enter, then select "Enabled" from the drop-down, and don't forget to restart the Opera to apply the change.</p>

<p dir="auto">Here the list of saved passwords shows up immediately.</p>
