Enable/Disable filter

Hi,

Something I've been particularly very annoyed about is the filter that's being applied when searching for another webpage, it covers the entire page with a page and it can be very annoying and distracting at times, having a setting to disable this highlight-filter would be great.

I noticed it a while ago, I know that some people might like it, so an option to disable it would be great however.
