Last Opera with Turbo

Hello, thank you in advance for your help...I have a very slow internet connection & really need Opera Turbo to work. I just installed the latest version of Opera but don't see a setting to enable Opera Turbo Option. Is Turbo option not in the latest version of Opera? If not, WHAT WAS the LAST version of Opera to contain Opera Turbo so I can go download it?

@opera999 The latest version with Turbo feature is Opera 58.0.3135.132

Keep in mind, Turbo is a service. If Opera shut down the servers it was using for Turbo, then it won't work.
