as stated, i was looking for some help regarding an issue i encountered just today here (https://forums.opera.com/topic/37031/solved-amazon-it-keeps-crashing-at-login)
now the post is marked as solved while there's nothing solved on my side: to access amazon i have to disable Opera's adblocker so i wouldn't call it a solution... more of a workaroud, innit?

In Opera 65.0.3467.62 64-bit on Windows 10, I can't confirm. I can log into amazon.it and amazon.com with Opera's adblocker and tracker blocker turned on no problem. I even installed Ghostery and still can't confirm. No crash.

Download the Opera installer, launch it, click "options", set "install path" to a folder named "Opera Test" on your desktop, set "install for" to "standalone installation", uncheck "Import data from default browser" and install. Test in that Opera but do not enable Opera Sync and do not install any extensions. Can you still reproduce the page crash with the adblocker and tracker blocker on?

@mrmauz A topic will be marked as solved when a solution, and it can be any solution, to resolve it is found.

@mrmauz If you think that a topic of yours was closed as solved wrongly, without a solution for it, you can report any post on it, mentioning the reason for it to be reopened.

@burnout426 said in somebody closed my previous post marking it as "solved" while it's not even understood...:

same version here (65.0.3467.62) the problem seems to happen only with Opera's adblocker and tracker blocker. having Ghostery on or off doesn't change the issues.

actually while looking for the version data i noticed an update available (now i'm on 65.0.3467.69 and will start all tests again)

even weirder this morning i couldn't connect to ANY site at all (as of yesterday no problem with other browsers) until i completely turned off adblocker AND VPN (the in-built one) from settings.

after that i'll try a clean installation and will post the results here.
please do not close this post, please
                🙂

Edit: updated Opera at the newer version and couldn't reactivate VPN from the address bar (a message said VPN couldn't connect and Opera was working on it) tried to turn it off completely from the Easy Settings bar on the right and then on again and now everything seems ok.
would be nice to understand what happened but, as of now i can't replicate the issue so, i guess, problem solved?
                🤔
