as stated, i was looking for some help regarding an issue i encountered just today here (https://forums.opera.com/topic/37031/solved-amazon-it-keeps-crashing-at-login)
now the post is marked as solved while there's nothing solved on my side: to access amazon i have to disable Opera's adblocker so i wouldn't call it a solution... more of a workaroud, innit?

In Opera 65.0.3467.62 64-bit on Windows 10, I can't confirm. I can log into amazon.it and amazon.com with Opera's adblocker and tracker blocker turned on no problem. I even installed Ghostery and still can't confirm. No crash.
same version here (65.0.3467.62) the problem seems to happen only with Opera's adblocker and tracker blocker. having Ghostery on or off doesn't change the issues.
actually while looking for the version data i noticed an update available (now i'm on 65.0.3467.69 and will start all tests again)
even weirder this morning i couldn't connect to ANY site at all (as of yesterday no problem with other browsers) until i completely turned off adblocker AND VPN (the in-built one) from settings.
after that i'll try a clean installation and will post the results here.
please do not close this post, please
Edit: updated Opera at the newer version and couldn't reactivate VPN from the address bar (a message said VPN couldn't connect and Opera was working on it) tried to turn it off completely from the Easy Settings bar on the right and then on again and now everything seems ok.
would be nice to understand what happened but, as of now i can't replicate the issue so, i guess, problem solved?

RE: Opera stable 65 - newsOpera for computers
@ali929 have had the same problem in the last days buti think i solved it by going to the easy setup menu (on the left side just below the cross that closes the window) and then under privacy and security settings i clicked the activate in settings button, from there i turned it off completely and on again and now it looks flawless
p.s. notice that all the bolded text are translation from my laguage so not sure if those are called exactly as stated, sorry for that

@kru62 said in Amazon.it keeps crashing at login:
I figured it out. Turn off ad blocking and it works fine. Dastardly.
looks like you might be onto something: actually it's enough to just turn off the tracker blocking on the inbuilt ad blocker (it's called privacy protection i think?)
weird enough i'm having ghostery running along and it doesn't recognize ANY tracker at all... -

[Solved]Amazon.it keeps crashing at loginOpera for Windows
hallo, looking for some help here.
i've just encountered a strange issue where, when trying to login in my amazon (.it) account the page crashes returning a message stating that "Page crashed. Unfortunately something caused this page to quit. It might have been an extension conflict or some other reason. Please try reloading the page"
it only happens on this site, i tried to login to several other pages and it doesn't seem to have any problem but this.
already emptied cache and deleted cookies, rebooted opera and PC as well but alas nothing changes.
any suggestions?
OS/Opera/other drivers might all be up to date.
