Clear browsing data on exit

Hi,
Any chance we could get the option to clear browsing data on Exit?
Brave has this extra 'On exit' tab on its Clear browsing data dialog box where you can select which browsing data you'd like to clear on exit.
I'd love to have this feature in Opera, too.
Thanks.

@myrtis I support the idea.
For this purpose I use the Opera browser add-on: Close & Clean

Opera has a "Clear Browsing Data" item in one of its menus. For MacOS it is in the Opera menu. No idea where it is for Windows.

@concretable
With this you can clear Opera's browsing data manually, but @myrtis' feature request is about an automatic deletion, when closing the browser.
I would also appreciate that function, as I am one of those users who always have to delete the browser cache manually at the end of each session, because this option is missing.

It's so weird that the Opera dev team hasn't created this for Windows Opera, especially since it is already available for Android Opera (in addition to other browsers)! Please add this

@leocg Strange, when I select the exit icon (next to the settings icon) from Opera's menu, I see the 2 checkbox options to 1) close all tabs and 2) to clear all browsing data and history. This occurs both on my Samsung S10+ phone and Samsung Tab S3 tablet. The data is definitely erased, since it doesn't retain previous login for websites after I restart Opera and access those same websites again. I checked all of my settings, and didn't see an option to make this happen, so assumed that this capability was a default function.
