Deleting Browsing History Items - Slow & High CPU

I've noticed that when viewing browsing history and deleting items by clicking the x Opera is slow and CPU usage increases. It used to be faster and better in previous versions.

General Opera performance is very poor for some time. It is most apparent when it comes to watching video on Youtube. It consumes 2-3 times more CPU time than Firefox. But all other actions taken in Opera, loading pages etc are annoingly sluggish.

65.0.3467.38 update didn't solve the issue at all.

Yes, I've noticed that Opera has high CPU usage at times. It used to be better, not sure what changed.
