Login Difficulties

Good afternoon!
I`ve recently (today) installed Opera Next (23.0) and read through a large amount of topics to configure my browser with everything I really need. But at my (very clean) laptop appeared a problem no one (neither in german nor in english forums) has written about.
First of all the roots before I recognized what is going on were tricky configurations with Opera Mail (thats not the problem^^) but I figured out, that I even cant withdraw my emails online (browser, only ONext) because I cant login. No, I dont have the Java-Script-Problem which is mentioned sometimes here, also with my cookies is everything fine. The real problem is, that I cant login nowhere!! There no, absolutely no problems on numerous websites, but I can`t login. Even not in this Forum! I evaded this problem with my normal Opera (12.17) I am using longer and very convenient.
Please help me, I`d really like to switch, but without the ability to login it will hardly be possible to bet other browsers.
Btw.: Win7 64x - the PC is very fine

You logged in here - presumably not in Opera?
Some internet security software and especially ad blockers will disable cookies. If you don't receive even temporary "session" cookies then most sites will not recognize you as logged in. So that would be my first guess ... ad blockers usually allow session cookies, some internet security programs do not.

I use Norton all the time (since 2 years).
I already tried with the deactivated Ad-Blocker.
My don`t allow cookies, exception: "login.live.com".What happens: at login.live.com I receive following: (german)
http://postimg.org/image/y84riq8vf/
(same picture here:) http://de.tinypic.com/r/2cymkag/8This does not mean anything else than: "At the moment there is a problem and we can`t log you in. Please try again later."
At the login of this forum happens (no cookies allowed) nothing than a very short and returning to the (exact) same page with empty login-boxes.
On a third page where the Login is based on a Java-Script (if not-you can`t enter the to the login-boxes) has the same problem. Everything stays the same (even the java-script-opened loginbox), empties itself. (The very short load is a reload of the page and everywhere except login.live.com).
My cookies (if necessary):
http://postimg.org/image/a7j6tyni5/ (no 2nd link this time -.-)Before I checked them deleted all and visited ONLY login.live.com, typed in my access data and pressed enter. Nothing else (loaded for 10-15 seconds until the page with the error from above appeared).
Here additionally the information to my "legacy" of Cookies (in german).

Translation: Will be deleted after the browser is shut. (No difference to the normal permission).

No - I use Opera 12.17 for this. Never had problems with this version.

As you said I did this in this here. (https://auth.opera.com/account/login?service=forums)
And I am automatically provided (and already logged in) to the following page where I click at the yellow marked link (note the right top of the pic - I have access to my opera-account).
http://postimg.org/image/4dzrrshff/After the klick I visit the normal forum site (but signed out). When I allow the "http://forums.opera.com/" cookies too, opera redirects me immediately to this "error".

You may ask why I am an idiot - but I don`t want to allow cookies in general - with exception of some countable websites I definitely need to use. In addition I will customize my Opera Mail, an own search engine and so on...
The problem

Thought that it could become more helpful when I add my settings too:

and all my changed opera:flags settings

That won
t be more than 20 websites. I can live with it.^^ I want to modify this ;-) the problem is - that even with permitted cookies it is not working. In the old opera (12.17) you also have the option, if a page is allowed to redirect you automatically or not. - can
t see here anything - also not in flags and in the forum.Any solutions or ideas left?

the problem is - that even with permitted cookies it is not working.
Sometimes to login at, i.e., page1.somedomain.comn you need to enable cookies also for page2.somedomain.com and/or page3.somedomain.com and it's not always easy to find out which are those pages.
Also there are some cases where login to www.domain1.com requires cookies enabled for www.domain2.com.
In the old opera (12.17) you also have the option, if a page is allowed to redirect you automatically or not. - cant see here anything - also not in flags and in the forum.
I don't know a setting for this. I think it just doesn't exists yet.

Thanks to the OP for posting about this, I get it too.
Here in Australia, Opera cannot be used for online banking due to the bug.
Sites that require secure login don't work with Opera as it doesn't enable cookies properly (even when they are set to be on in Settings).
It gets talked about quite a bit on the Aussie forums.
Through those discussions they've been able to narrow the problem down to the 12.15 release, and in all Opera versions since.
Possibly related to this 'fix' http://www.opera.com/security/advisory/1047
No fix at this time except to not use Opera

Good evening!
Excuse me for my late responding - summer holidays. As you (leocg) wrote that I have to permit a lot of cookies (i mean from various pages) I already knew this and always tried to "catch" the one website I am redirected at. In my Opera 12.17 - settings I could chose all the necessary settings, also to pass this special demand/request. Every time before I became redirected, I had to permit this OR to activate automatic redirecting in the "site-specific-settings" (german-english-translation) by dialing the menu with F12 -> ... -> etc. and reload the tab/ press F5. If you wish to get insight with pictures, please solicit them and I will make this effort (I had/have for 1 month no access to internet/hardly no internet). This function for avoiding automatic redirection is still missing? I will look for it - but this one of the "basics" - what I know.
@shiznix
I can help you to figure this out very fast. I can do online banking with the AUT-standards (Id like to say, that they aren
t worse) with both browsers. First of all you have to start a non-private window or tab with the recommended cookie-settings. Better? (no other way)
May talk about this in a different topic? - It`s a specific case, e-banking requires more than other websites with normal login.
