VPN causing error "403 -Forbidden"

OS Win7 32-bit, and also on separate machine Win10 64-bit. This posted using Stable 63...71.
I've entered a specific well known site for years via Opera browser without problem.
I can access the site in question without issue if switching Opera VPN OFF.
When using VPN, I can only access the site in question using "Americas" VPN.When setting VPN to "Optimal location", "Europe", or "Asia", I cannot enter said site, which immediately returns error message: "403 - Forbidden".
I contacted the company to advise and they haven't changed things.I have no issues with Opera VPN elsewhere and am using "Europe" setting for this post, so this can only mean a compatibility issue.
This issue happens on Stable, beta, and dev streams, on separate machines as mentioned above.

@operafanuk Most probably the site is blocking the VPN servers.

@leocg Thank you. Indeed, this was the first question I asked of them, and they confirmed they're not blocking as they understand the importance of security.
That said, I will check with them once again asking they further investigate their systems.
Interesting only the "Americas" setting works on the site in question, it's fine elsewhere.
