How can you increase the font size in address bar and menu bar

Why don't the developers have a way of addressing this issue? It is the same with
chrome. Firefox has an easy fix for this problem and other developers should follow their lead. Lots of people have trouble seeing small print and need to increase it.

You might want to try a Windows utility called Winaero Tweaker.

It allows system wide changes to many different options in Windows. Specifically, font sizes in your case..

I've used this for a long time and it's amazing. (And free). It's very easy to use.
