      I have just downloaded opera how can I have a blank page and also hide the google search box

        Use a descriptive and relevant title for new threads. Try to use at least three words in the thread title.

            Hi @mickanta, if you want only to open it, you can type about:blank in the address bar.
            In case you want it to be open on startup, go to opera:settings/onStartup, select "Open a specific page or set of pages", click on "Add a new page", and add about:blank there.

              A different want to do it where you get a blank, gray page:

              Goto the URL opera://settings/startPage, enable "Hide search box", enable "Hide Speed Dial" and disable "Show news on the start page". Tweak any of the other settings you want there too. Then, goto the URL opera://settings/wallpapers and disable "Enable Wallpapers".
