Hello all. I am on Opera on windows 10. I notice that my saved passwords are not displayed in my password manager but Opera faces no problems in logging me into most sites including google. I have chrome installed too. Those passwords are not displayed on chrome either. Where are these passwords saved in Opera if not in the password manager?

@suneelpr On many sites, once you login, you remain that way until you manually log off.

Is that the case or you are being logged in even after have logged out?

Its true what you said. I remain logged in until I manually logged off. I was under the mistaken belief that closing the gmail tab would log me off my gmail. Just one question, is the log in information stored somewhere on my computer that gmail automatically logs in every time when i open the gmail link even after closing the gmail tab?

@suneelpr You are not logged off, so your login info is not needed. But it's probably a cookie that stores the information that you are logged in.

Generally, if you delete all cookies related to a site it will log you off that site. Though in the case of Gmail, "cookies related to" it may include cookies from Google.
