Google searches use google.es

How can I correct this to google.co.uk ?

Exit Opera. Go to the folder %appdata%\Opera Software\Opera Stable. Open the file Local State in a text editor. Modify the 2-letter country code twice in the following line, "location":{"country":"GB","country_from_server":"GB"}. Save changes.

@mtl3108 You probably need to unhide it in Windows Explorer settings.

Or you can try typing %appdata% in its address field.

Sorry, I should have mentioned it's a shortcut. You can open a Run dialogue by pressing Win + R, then copy and paste %appdata%\Opera Software\Opera Stable to go straight to the folder. Right-click Local State and open with Notepad or any other text editor.
