You can open a Run dialogue by pressing <strong>Win + R</strong>, then copy and paste <code>%appdata%\Opera Software\Opera Stable</code> to go straight to the folder. Right-click <strong>Local State</strong> and open with Notepad or any other text editor.</p>

<p dir="auto">Or you can try typing <em>%appdata%</em> in its address field.</p>
