Dark Theme for Google™

@deffka: И да, тут пишут, что якобы просто нужно поставить ВСЕ разрешения, но это именно для обычного Opera. В новом не работает. Не нужно думать, что все просто невнимательные.
And yes, they write here that supposedly you just need to set ALL permissions, but this is for ordinary Opera. The new does not work. No need to think that everyone is just inattentive.(translated by google) -

Hi. I've been trying to figure out why when I click on some links from a Google search page that ultimately spawns a popup page, the background for the popup portion set to transparent. I am not sure if this is something that can be solved or not. In any case, thanks for this extension!
Here is a screenshot showing the result...

@SmartNetworks [Opera desktop latest 68.X, W8.1] I can confirm that this is a very big problem with this extension.
It happens very often, every time there is some popup or similar window appearing in the front.
The only workaround, to interact with the popup window, is currently to disable temporarily the Dark Theme extension on the page, with a brief click on the icon, for the time necessary to fill the fields and select the options or click the buttons, then reenable.
I swear the developer being able to cure this very problem soon!! -

it just doesn't work at all. Nothing.
Google is still white.
What ever I read there is nothing to make it work.
very disapointing -

@ephemere That's a security setting of Opera that lets you control the single extensions. You should enable it by hand.
In Opera extensions, go to the settings for the specific extension, and enable access to the search engine results pages. Without this enabled, the extension can't work. -

Newest update (19. Aug) just made this extension extra sweet, great color matching, fixed all issues with some time messy UI extended dark theme to google translate. Does what it is supposed to do. Thanks buddy.

It works, as long as you can read comments
(enable access to search engines for the extension to work) -

Does work but you have to enable the extension to "access to search results" or similar in the configuration, which is not indicated by the extension itself. For me, Linux Opera 74.0.3911.218, there are completely black zones at google search page results, which cannot be changed by the theme color settings. Very bad.

@ignaciogarces: update: use NightEye instead, it's an awesome extension!! (search in Chrome store). Finally, this is what I needed.

Developer has to update this extension, Opera and Firefox is showing black zones on google, I'm still using this extension just because it allows me to change link colors on google and it's services. Outdated extension as many others..Shame !!
