what does this mean on Opera web page:
This site can’t be reached
Although it says "this site can't be reached",. it is ON the page is says can't be reached? WHY?

The image there is hosted on an ad server. Since Opera can't load the image it displays that message in its place. If you think that image is not an ad you could turn off the ad blocker on that page.

@cw3 It means that wasn't possible to load that frame.
It may have been blocked by the adblocker or due to security.
