help cannot use paypal with opera coz it needs TLS 1.2 i have updated to the latest version but still shows "ERROR! Connection is using TLS version lesser than 1.2. Please use TLS1.2"

Have you installed some third party security suite (or malware), which may intercept your https traffic? Otherwise Opera does TLS 1.2 well.

Have you tried it with Opera VPN turned off?
