[Solved]Does Opera's VPN work only in the latest version?

I'm using the 58.x version because of that botched download tab but it seems like it somehow lost the VPN functionality - the VPN switch is orange and it doesn't connect at all and the VPN are options don't show properly.

I mean the VPN drop-down menu doesn't show in its entirety, it's cut right below the first item (Americas).
And what's the time limit here on editing your previous posts? Seems a bit strange I can't do that an hour or so after posting. -

@leocg Maybe my question wasn't absolutely clear so let me ask again.
Does Opera's VPN work ONLY in the latest version or do other previous versions, specifically version 58.0.3135.127 support Opera's VPN functionality? -

I've just installed version 58.0.3135.132 and can confirm VPN indeed works here.
I guess I should've checked before downloading I picked the latest 58.* version installer and download it directly from Opera and not from some third party site which offered only v.58.*.127.
Problem solved.
