Downloaded Files Tab didn't work properly

I've noticed strange behavior of Downloaded Files Tab. First: files sorting is weired - not alphabetical, not date/time, not file type - random, but always the same. Second: built-in filters such Documents, Music etc. didn't find anything, while these type of files are just downloaded and are present in the Download folder. Third: searchbox didn't find anything. Fourth: long time of opening Downloaded Files tab.
Win10, Opera 60.0.3255.95

I have the same problem after "the best" Opera's update.
I think Opera will never fix this. So you have to clear all your downloads records. After cleaning it seems to work normally.

Thanks for the tip. I'll try it later, because don't want to clear dl records now (I have maaaany downloaded mods for skyrim and with Opera I can quickly find necessary files). Backing to v58.xx for a while.

What's the easiest way to revert to the previous version to get rid of that botched download page? Uninstall, download and install v58 and rename autoupdate?

@leocg said in Downloaded Files Tab didn't work properly:
@incomingbrowserchange It should work.
Tell me about it.
I'm back to the previous version 58.x and no issues with the download screen whatsoever.
But people at Opera are certainly not making reverting to earlier working versions and stopping auto-patching easy for the users; like giving us an option to turn off auto-patching or going back to previous version in case something's not working or people don't like some unnecessary and frankly irritating UI changes suitable maybe for tiny mobile screens in this case.
Well, I guess if one's not an utter BFU, using makeshift solutions and various workarounds instead of permanent solutions can be quite common practice in the world of ever-changing software. -

Hahaha, no, clearing is only a temporary solution, when you have a lot of downloads, the problem will come back.
