Turn on/off autoplay videos option for Opera mobile app?

Hi, I now know there is not an option to turn on/off autoplay videos for the mobile version of Opera, unless I'm mistaken? But will this ever be a future update?
Main reason is to save bandwidth.
I think Chrome now has this option.

Opera is based on Chromium. In that sense, in the near future no videos will autoplay (there will not be an option - it will not happen) as that is where Chrome/Chromium is heading. When we will get there, I don't know.

@sgunhouse , thanks for responding, wasn't 100% if Opera's changes are based on chrome.

@sgunhouse i am sry but this absolutly wrong. There is video autoplay in the mobile opera browser and it is annoying! We need a solution to turn this off!!

@woolf2000 Not what I said ... I said that within a few years autoplay will not exist. Yes, it exists now, but it will not in the future.
