[Solved]Opera 60.0.3255.70 slow Speed Dial loading

After upgrading 58.0.3135.132 => 60.0.3255.70 Speed Dial with 170 items loads few seconds. If downgrade to 58.0.3135.132 the same Speed Dial loads almost instantly again.

Looks similar to the old issue: https://forums.opera.com/topic/8020/opera-27-why-is-so-slow-on-loading-the-speeddial-images-for-the-icons.

Tested on Laptop with i3 and desktop with i7 -7th gen greatest CPU. Both speed dial loadings were equally slow. Having used Opera for a while I didn't expect it to behave this way but it does. I didn't find a fix. Maybe I will. Or maybe they will fix it...

Seems to be fixed in 60.0.3255.83.
