Opera Stable 60.0.3255.56 failed to update

OS Win10 64-bit (18-04-2019) | v60.0.3255.40

Once again failed to update from O-Menu.

Had to Uninstall then Re-install whereupon it updated to v60.0.3255.55 (NOT .56 as mentioned at blogs.opera.com)

Stable wont update on Win7 32-bit (for me) - I suspect updater issues.

For additional info, beta update successfully updated first time on Win7 32-bit from 60.0.3255.37 to 60.0.3255.57 - and the updater was as it used to be in v58 - FAST.
