I want to set my own passphrase Warsaw2020, but Opera writes: "The passphrase you entered is incorrect" - where can I obtain/find required passphase?
      #passphrase

First of all, don't tell other people your passphrase. If you do use that passphrase now, anyone can access your data. If you changed your password, they will request your old password in the passphrase settings (yes, it is misleading). Other than that, I wouldn't have a way to find out your passphrase.

          No.
I don't use any passphrase now.
          Because I can't obtain/find this passphrase.
To all my attempt to enter any passphrase Opera writes to me:
"The passphrase you entered is incorrect" - also for the passphrase "Warsaw2020" - Where can I obtain/find required password?

The passphrase is the one you have created when you set up sync to use one in the synchronization section of Opera settings.
If you never did it, most probably Opera is asking for your old Opera account password or your OS password.

"Opera account password" ≠ "Passphrase" and "OS password" ≠ "Passphrase".

I tried to insert "Opera account password" instead "Passphrase" - Opera didn't accept it.
In practice - it is impossible to save bookmarks in Opera after reinstalling of OS.

If you reinstalled the OS, you need to provide your old OS password. It's necessary because your saved passwords are encrypted using your OS login information.
