Hide "private mode" browsing from websites.

I am out of luck with the NY Times web-site. Their software knows I am using Private Mode and will not let me read their articles. The most generic thing I can think of is hiding this from them. Then again, I have no idea how their software detects that Opera is in Private Mode.
