When Apple decided to not allow other rendering engine? Just wondering old Opera Mini for iOS used Presto.
Opera Mini is (was?) not a full browser.
What do you mean? Just wondering. What would be a full browser for Apple?

I mean that almost all the job is done on the servers, the browser basically just display the pages.
That is not what Safari does?
