How can I enable VPN in my new opera beta

You can do it in settings. Or when you open a private window.

@leocg Apparently this option is not released to all Beta users. Any idea when will this VPN be available for all?

All? There are some countries that block the VPN (the desktop version will not even show the option in those countries). If you live in China or another country which blocks it, you will never see the option in Beta either.
