I have a problem while stating to install the browser in my computer this what happen
the bar of downloading didn't move for 1 hour. -

Your network or a firewall is blocking the installer. You should try the offline installer instead.

In case you have installed KB4052623 (a recent update for Windows Defender) and AppLocker is activated, downloads may fail:
Known issues in this update
New file path: Because of a change in the file path location in the update, many downloads are blocked when AppLocker is enabled.
