Impossibility of installing addons extensions

unable to install addons to the opera browser.
I have the following message after clicking one on installed button.

An error occurred while installing the extension: Unable to install the package: "ERROR_REMOVING_OLD_IMAGE_FILE

@altec59 You tray install add-on from Chrome Web Store or Opera Extension? Please, add link to this add-on. You have this error in all extensions or one extension?

I install from opera extensions and it does it for all the addons and not for the themes
