Opera automatically converts m to ft - should not be done!

Hi, I'm an Opera user from Austria. Recently I discovered that Opera automatically convert data from a website into anglo-american units (although the website is from Germany). I'm not talking about the feature that you can mark units and Opera automatically converts them, let's say from m to ft - the normal data is already being converted. In my case the browser thinks I'm not from Austria/Germany and therefor converts m to ft - this shouldn't be done.
Can I somehow disable that or somehow select that m (metres) should be shown instead of ft? When it comes to the price it also displays the price in US-$ instead of EUR. Thank you very much in advance for your help.BTW this is the website where I discovered this issue: https://www.skigebiete-test.at/ski/blizzard-quattro-rs-2017.htmlp

Blame the site, not Opera. Testing in Firefox I see the same thing - a column heading that obviously says "(m)" but then every entry says "ft." Nothing Opera can do about that.

Same here, the info is in the metric system for me.

The point being, it is not dependent on the browser but on your location (presumably). Using the VPN might fool it about your location, but otherwise nothing for Opera to do about it.

On the linked website you can choose your language (top right).

Of course, but for me it shows feet regardless - and only in the radius column.
I mean, if it were Opera doing it then if I type 10 m here it should convert it - right?
