Need some help here please.

Okay so about two days ago, Opera's VPN stopped working, I try to connect but it keeps saying "Connecting" and never actually connects, this happened to me only a few days ago and I have NO idea to how solve it. (And I cant even change my location.
Using Windows 7 (This problem NEVER happened to me before.
I do have the LATEST version of Opera. Version 57.0.3098.116
