Red dot appears when looking at photos.

It appears usually on every website except images on google. And usually where my cursor is.
Here's the example, you can see the dot at the bottom. Any fixes?

Did you check your mouse settings? Tried disabling your extensions?

"except images on Google"? Sounds like an image search extension of some sort ...
