Twitter keeps signing out after restarting PC

Yes I have cookies enabled and all that jazz iv spent hours trying to figure out what is going on but to no avail!
If someone knows why Opera is not keeping Twitter signed in please help me.

If "long enough" isn't on the order of a week, then that means some other program is probably the cause. I know as an example that (if configured to do so) CCleaner can erase your cookies when the computer is rebooted. If Opera were doing it, they'd be cleared immediately when the browser was shut down and not after an extended time.
(Many login cookies do have expiration dates, and if you haven't connected to the website in over a week may expire.)

I unistalled opera and ccleaner then reinstall opera and its still happening

Download and install Opera Portable without changing anything. See if it keeps you logged in.

Time, date, time zone and daylight savings time settings are correct?
Running Opera with Sanboxie? Do you have Bitdefender? What Anti-virus software do you have?

@burnout426 All settings are correct, never heard of Sanboxie and I just use Windows Defender Anti Virus
