Security Settings prohibits Opera from loading websites

I have the problem that Opera does often not load websites due to security considerations . However it remains unclear for what reason this is done. Even if I allow all settings Opera offers for that pupose and switch off all referring extensions, the problem remains

And who said they were Opera's settings? Your internet security software (firewall, net filtering software, etc.) could be doing it also. Without any examples or screenshots it is hard to say.

I don't have any issues loading 99% of the pages here.
