If your browser does not have TLS 1.2 enabled after we disable TLS 1.0 and 1.1, you will not be able to access socalgas.com and My Account after October 2018.
I use opera to pay my bills but they wont let me and charge to pay on the phone

What version of Opera? Chrome 70 - which is used in Opera Developer - is no longer accepting certificates issued by one of the certificate authorities that had some issues a couple of years ago. If your gas company is using a certificate from them, none of the Chromium-based browsers will be accepting it within a week or two.
