Upgrading from Windows XP to Windows 10

Please Help.
I will soon have to upgrade my Windows XP to Windows 10.

My Opera passwords and bookmarks greatly concern me. Somehow I must ensure that these are transferred over to Windows 10. I will follow the routine procedure for transferring all my Windows XP files and data over.

I have synced my data in Opera 36.0 (the final version for Windows XP).

Question ?
Having synced my Opera data, will all my passwords and bookmarks etc. be automatically transferred to Opera version 56.0.3051.31 in Windows 10 ?

It should. Anyway, export your passwords and bookmarks just for guarantee.

Remember that only doing one of the above you will be able to use your passwords.

For me syncing worked well, but I would export passwords as backup with nirsoft chromepass and backup opera profile folder (this contains bookmarks). If sync doesn't work properly for some reason, then you will have alternate backups this way.
