Can't login despite resetting password

Hi, I have tried to sync my bookmarks etc but Opera says 'passphrase required' or something like that. So, I've clicked to reset password, followed that process, but the new password is not accepted. Fkn annoying! Any suggestions?

I suggest you try clearing the data on the android and see what happens. Go to android settings --> apps -->Opera-->storage--clear data. Also clearing the cache might help as well. Another thing, Opera android does not support passphrase so I would try resetting the data again and not use a passphrase.

Ok someone else is having the same problem as me
But with my accept passphrase was never an option. I mean, say you open up a new account. There s not a section that ask or has you make a passphrase even.

Yes. Success. Finally. Clearing data worked. I did lose all my bookmarks. Least I had semi saved it all.

@simplythebest Glad to hear that. I would also suggest you try a bookmark app to backup your bookmarks so next time you won't lose any. I use Bookmark Folder. It's free and simple to use and also allows you to import bookmarks from an html file.
