A Former User last edited byOpera 55.0.2994.56: When clicking on the new tab button the address field has no focus. I tested this on several distributions. Focus is only set when I open a new tab with Ctrl+T.
This seems to be a bug, it was fine with previous versions.

A Former User last edited byIt has been moved from the "Opera for Windows"-forum to the "Opera for computers"-forum, probably because not only Windows is affected, but also other desktop operating systems.

A Former User last edited byOK, the topic is getting longer and the Opera team still has not provided a solution ...

A Former User last edited byWhenever I opened a new tab, I could immediately find a page, now after opening the card I have to press the search bar specifically. Can I change it back?

Nicohane last edited bySince i've had Opera, I could start typing whenever I opened a new tab, without the need of having to click on the search bar, but since a few days ago, when i open a new tab, i'm forced to click on the search bar in order to start typing, and it's really annoying . .
I think i accidentally activate this with a keyboard shortcut (?) but I can't figure out which one. Thanks in advice
