Opera for BlackBerry Playbook tablet

Can Opera consider create a version for the BlackBerry Playbook tablet? The Browser imbedded cannot render HTML5. And the only current option for the Playbook is the Dolphin browser which has been cautioned against installing in some BlackBerry forums. Opera would be the best option. I would totally donate if this can be done.

@digital-islandboy But it needs a WORK--around (Direct URL) because the BlackBerry web browser on the tablet cannot even load Opera's (opera.com)website. It would probably need to be placed on BlackBerry App World in order to be downloaded to bypass the current out-of-date internal web browser.

Is it an Android device? Could see if you can access the FTP site. Mind you, they may not let you run non-store apps ...

@sgunhouse The BlackBerry Playbook is part of the BlackBerry QNX / BlackBerry 10 Operating System line. So it is pre- their switch to Android.

In this case I guess there is no meaning in developing for it.

@leocg BlackBerry still has built no new Tablets. It is their only tablet and the tablet actually works well just that the internet is HTML 5 now.

There's still no meaning in developing for it in my opinion.
