How? I cannot find a "report" or "flag" button.

Click on the three dots in the bottom right of the post and then in 'flag this post for moderation'.

Explain the reasons for reopening and the topic may or may not be reopened. Basically it will be reopened if the problem has returned.

@leocg That's only available for replies from other users. I cannot flag my own posts, including my OP.

So that's a strange workaround.

If the problem was solved, there's no reason for keeping the topic opened. Probably nothing that would be added would be useful.

You see the three dots at the bottom of the post? You click on that and a menu appears with options such as Bookmark, Edit (if you are allowed to edit that post), etc., and Report post to moderator. Alternatively you could send any of the moderators a private message - I've had users ask me to correct typos in their posts by PM.
