most opera sites are down

is anyone having a problem with opera sites?
i have been trying to access opera add ons site for a week now but it just won't load
then i found out that there are more opera sites that also won't load
so is it just my pc or are the servers down or what?

yes my country blocks opera services
it worked after i used the vpn
