problem with opera: Crashing on startup

help please, I have problems for 5 or 6 months, my browser operates crashes when opened, only loads the start and in 2 seconds it goes blank and the browser does not respond, already tried everything.

@leocg I can not uninstall extensions because it does not respond to the Opera browser, and I changed the name and deleted the stable opera folder inside the software opera folder that is in% appdata% the extensions were eliminated but Opera still does not respond, something strange happens happens only my and it's frustrating
