VPN still not working...

Hello again, this is my second post on the forum, I am new to Opera. I recently posted a question about my VPN not working I did everything people recommended, but my the Opera browser is still revealing my I.P. address. I have enabled VPN in settings and checked the " Disable non-proxied UDP " box . I use avira anti-virus, but I don't think that is blocking it. I should mention that I have had trouble with firefox free VPN addons, they usally say after about a week of usage " cannot connect to VPN ,your i.s.p. or Government may be blocking it" , I live in Australia and the censorship is getting worse here, I think. Any thoughts? Cheers in advance Jim

Welcome. I'm in the UK so unsure if this may assist.
My broadband provider has an issue at network level with some of its settings.
It's not an Opera fault, but when I enable some extra provider settings, it stops Opera VPN working which they're working on.
Unfortunately at this time I can't use Opera VPN as I made some changes to check for my provider, restarted, and it wouldn't work for me.
I couldn't change network settings back to how they were as I found their site down for maintenance. Just my bad luck and bad timing.
It will be up again in a few hours so I can revert back and Opera VPN will work.
For me it's a network issue, not an Opera issue.Using Windows10 latest version with Opera Stable v54.0.2952.64

@operafanuk thanks for your reply, if it is my provider, I might have to call them . The vpn has worked in the past.
