why is this listed as a phishing/fraud site?

Why is http://sblog.s3.amazonaws.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/Bostic-4th-CA-briefing-schedule-2-25-14.pdf listed as a phishing/fraud site? Should I take this warning seriously?

It is not just that link, but anything from http://sblog.s3.amazonaws.com/wp-content/ which is an amazon.com service. aws stands for amazon web services. In particular, the above is a storage service that Amazon.com offers. To say that it is a fraud or phishing site is like saying twitter or facebook is a phishing site when only one page is a phishing site. I am not familiar with amazon web services enough to know how it could be used as a phishing fraud site.
The reason why I asked earlier is because I can't find any information that explains why this is listed as a fraud site.
The example I gave earlier is/was referenced from http://www.scotusblog.com/2014/02/briefing-set-for-virginia-marriage-appeal/ a well respected site that covers U.S. Supreme Court rulings, but the warning seems to appear with anything that uses amazon web services.

Just a guess, but perhaps they hosted a pdf file that had been infected with malware and got reported for that at some point?
