What is "Phrase secrète" ? "Secret phrase" / synchronisation

I have reset my computer and changed my password but cannot complete synchronisation because it's asking "secret phrase"... What does this mean, what can I do ? I cannot read any tips on this forum.

If you changed Opera's password, then the "passphrase" will actually be asking you to enter your old password.
