Speed dial is cut off in Opera 540.2952.41

Once again the devs screwed up an update. This time the speed dial is cut off at the bottom.
Before updating, the Speed Dial would properly fill the screen so all folder labels would be visible, now as you can see that it has been mysteriously moved down so that the last row of folders has the labels cut off and I have to scroll down in order to view them.
