Opera Browser Not Supported

I have Windows 10 and Opera 53.0
Some websites I use, my credit union for one, will not allow me to log in with Opera.
This is a snapshot from one website that will not connect when I open it.
Are you aware of this problem that some URLs will not accept the Opera Browser? -

@nonnox15 Have you tried with the VPN on? Some times a site is blocked due to a browser's IP address. I've had that happen to me a lot due to stupid FIOS assigning me IP's that were listed on all kinds of blacklists and they couldn't be changed no matter what due to Verizon's inept tech support. Also it could be your Antivirus as well. I suggest you see if you can exclude the blocked sites from your AV. If none of this works, then it's probably the site itself and there's nothing you can do until the site admins fix the problem.
